Tumis irisan daging

Stir-fried sliced beef served with spinach pasta and salad

Ingredients :

  • 100 grams slices in scrubs
  • 160 grams spinach noodles

  • 2 tablespoons gravy
  • 2 tbsp double cream, salt and pepper

How to cook :

Tumis irisan daging disajikan dengan pasta bayam dan salad

Bahan :

  • 100 gr irisan daging lulur dalam
  • 160 gr mie bayam
  • 30 gr jamur merang
  • 5 gram bawang putih
  • 2 sdm anggur putih
  • 2 sdm gravy
  • 2 sdm double cream, gram dan merica



Cara membuat :

Panaskan mentega, masukkan bawang putih, biarkan sebentar sampai harum.
Masukkan daging, aduk-aduk sampai warna agak coklat kehitaman.
Masukkan anggur putih, gravy, double cream, garam dan merica.

Tumis mie bayam dengan bawang putih.
Letakkan mie bayam di atas piring sesuai dengan selera.
Setelah itu, tumisan daging disiramkan diatasnya.
Lengkapi sajian dengan parmesan keju dan salad secara terpisah.

Salmon Recipes - when cooking is not difficult

CHEESE ROLL Salmon Recipes (Resep Gulungan Salmon Keju)

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams salmon
  • 30 grams cheese
  • Tempura flour to taste
  • Nori (dried seaweed) 1 sheet
  • Egg 1 seeds

How to cook :
Prepare the dough and the yolk. then, mix the dough with
dasin water (fish broth). Add the flour little by little.

Take the salmon. place on top of nori that has been cut into
two flats until evenly distributed. do not cut too big cheese. place in the middle of the salmon.
then roll in panir.

Fried salmon roll with tempura batter until light golden brown.
cut into four parts. serve with tempura sauce.
